Staffed by a dedicated team of professionals we offer in-house expertise in product sourcing, design, embroidery, screen printing and manufacturing.

Free embroidery is offered only on garments purchased from RICARA and is limited to 8,000 stitches per design. In excess of 8,000 stitches embroidery is charged at 20p per thousand stitches per garment. Minimum order 12 garments.
Free screen print is offered only on garments purchased from RICARA and is limited to a single colour screen print. Should extra colours in screen-printing be required a set-up charge of £25 per screen/colour is charged and a price charged per colour/ per print. This price is dependent on size, substrate and ink type; therefore we will need to see the required design where we can quote accordingly. Minimum order 12 garments.
Embroidery design set-up charges are charged at £7 per thousand stitches.
Screen Print set up charges are charged at £25 per screen/per colour.
Remake charges will apply on screen print designs left unused for 18 months. This is because of the vast amount of storage required to keep silk screens indefinitely. The remake charge is £15.00 + VAT per screen.
Free design set-up is offered to companies and organisations that spend £300 and over on their initial order! This introductory offer delivers an initial saving of up to £98 off the set-up charge! You can choose to save the £7 per thousand stitches (detailed above) chargeable for set up, up to a maximum of 14,000 stitches or save on the price of screen and artwork charges required for a single colour screen print, with a £300 initial order.
Minimum order quantity for both screen printing and embroidery is 12 garments. Below this amount a production surcharge will apply. The 12 garments can be made up from a mix of colours and styles and is not limited to 6 per size per colour.
Complex designs may be subject to a surcharge to cover production/origination costs. Should this prove necessary the customer will be informed prior to any order processing.
Certain products that appear on this web site may be unsuitable for screen-printing and/or embroidery.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling.
All prices are subject to V.A.T. at the prevailing rate.
Orders valued at less than £200 excluding VAT are subject to a delivery charge.
Free delivery on orders exceeding £200 excluding VAT is limited to a single UK mainland destination and excludes the highlands of Scotland and all islands.
Unless an account has been agreed payment will be required with order.
