PRINTING AND EMBROIDERY:
RICARA offer a full Print and Embroidery service that encompasses screen print, cut vinyl or transfer printing as well as an embroidery service of up to 15 colours across all suitable garments!  We can advise on the most suitable imaging process which is most often dependent upon the quantity you require, the number of colours required as well as the garment that requires the design.

RICARA OFFER A FREE DESIGN SET UP: This is available on orders over £300 + VAT This offer is available on a multi coloured embroidery that is no larger than 10cm x 10cm on an unlimited stitch count or a single colour screen print!

ALL ORDERS PLACED ARE SUBJECT TO THE SIGHT AND APPROVAL OF THE CUSTOMER’S DESIGN.  DECORATION METHODS ARE DETERMINED BY THE SUITABILITY OF THE DESIGN AND THE APPLICATION FOR WHICH IT IS INTENDED.  THE CUSTOMER’S AGREEMENT WILL BE SOUGHT PRIOR TO ANY CHANGES AND ANY RELEVANT ADDITIONAL CHARGES BEING MADE.

Embroidery artwork charges (only if required) are largely by quotation only though as a guide any design that falls within a 10 x10cm size design that requires re-drawing will be charged at £35. Print artwork charges at £15 per half hour

TERMS & CONDITIONS

MINIMUM ORDER QUANTITY: Our minimum order quantity on embroidery, single colour cut vinyl or transfer printing is just 1 garment. Our minimum order quantity for screen printing however is 12 garments.

QUANTITY DISCOUNT PRICE STRUCTURE: You can make some excellent savings with our quantity discount price structure. You can mix and match your chosen styles, sizes and colours of garment to earn greater savings.

VAT: All prices detailed are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate. There is no VAT on safety boots.

PRICES: All prices are quoted in UK pounds sterling

DELIVERY CHARGES:
Under £49.99 = £3.95 £50 to £199.99 = £7.95 £200+ = FREE OF CHARGE! This offer is limited to a single UK mainland destination and excludes the highlands and islands of Scotland

PAYMENT: Unless an account has been both applied for and accepted payment for all goods and services is required with order.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & DESIGN APPROVAL: All orders are carefully taken and we will do our upmost to ensure that we have all of your details and specifics correct. As a safety measure we will automatically send out a confirmation of your order for you to check prior to your order being processed where any amendments can be made. We will always send all new customer designs out for approval and we will not process your order until you have checked and confirmed your approval. This process is designed to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please however ensure you check carefully all such details before approving as printed or embroidered garments cannot be returned for refund, credit or replacement.

GARMENT RETURN:
Regardless of the fact that we will do our upmost to ensure complete customer satisfaction, things in life can go wrong. Should the unforeseen occur here is our list of remedies.

Non Faulty Goods:
Plain Garments/Items: If you have ordered the incorrect size or colour, we will happily exchange for the correct size, providing that the item is returned complete, undamaged, unused and in its original condition with tags/box/packaging within 14 days of purchase. No charge is made for this service though the customer is responsible for both safe postage/carriage and packing in both directions.

Faulty Goods: Whilst all goods are checked prior to sale, should a product be proven to have a fault at the point of sale, albeit undetected at that time a full refund, or replacement product will be provided free of charge, providing that the fault was inherent at the time of purchase and not caused by misuse, damage (accidental or otherwise), or fair wear and tear.

Printed or Embroidered Garments: Garments that have been printed or embroidered cannot be returned (see ‘order confirmation & design approval’). If however in the unlikely event Ricara Ltd made error to the order and its terms, then Ricara will request the return of the offending item/s. If it is then shown that Ricara’s system failed and error was either made or garments faulty, replacements will be expressed out at full cost to Ricara as soon as possible.
Unwanted Goods: Products may only be taken back into stock at our discretion, providing that we are notified within 14 days of purchase and that they are complete, undamaged, unused and where applicable in their original packaging. A refund for the products can only be made subject to a 20% restocking fee. Responsibility and cost of postage/carriage remains with the customer
